We’re downsizing


🗓️ The start of a new year is often associated with "tidying up," which means letting go of what no longer serves us. It’s one of the hardest decisions to make and even harder to communicate. We’re sharing this publicly because it might inspire others going through a similar situation.


Our action plan includes the following steps:


👉 cut the excess stress, making room mentally and emotionally for the 12 months ahead;

👉 cut the unmet expectations to make space for new hopes;

👉 cut what we couldn’t achieve, reformulating goals with a renewed drive to grow;

👉 cut the postponed encounters, reconnecting with the human touch that every business needs;

👉 Symbolically cut with who we were last year, preparing to become a revised, enhanced, and improved version of ourselves;

👉 Ideally, cut the adverse weather that disrupts work in the vineyard and forces unplanned investments.


We’ve already said goodbye to 2024.


🚀 2025 will be a year to move forward at the rhythm of excellence, sharper focus, a smile on our faces, and commercial drive to go further.


🍷 Before we end this message, we want to wish that wine be part of your celebrations, that you never run out of reasons to toast, and that you dedicate yourself fully to 2025.
